We are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the mobile SDK sales cycle and partner relationships and to help us continue and grow our partnerships with game publishers.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Generate and qualify leads aligned with company strategy and build business relationships with video game developers and publishers.

Manage the mobile supply sales cycle from A-Z with big and mid-size game publishers.

Negotiate and close deals to expand the Anzu network.

Maintain CRM data and communication records for accurate reporting.

Drive partner retention and cross-selling opportunities.

Provide product feedback to the tech team based on market insights.

Represent Anzu at industry events and conferences and manage our team’s presence at each event.

Use internal BI and analytical tools to drive business decisions, process decisions, and make improvements.

Constantly review solutions to maximize revenue from publishers.

Minimum Qualifications :

Comprehensive understanding of the video game publishing industry and mobile ad networks.

Proven 3+ years of Business Development experience, negotiating with mobile games publishers.

Solid understanding of the programmatic AdTech stack.

Strong English communication skills and cross-cultural competence.

Ability to understand and articulate technical products and services.

Financial analysis skills.

Creative selling ability, including financial analysis, forecasting, and imaginative deal structures that achieve ROI.
