Responsibilities
  1. Own and grow our existing Performance Demand partnerships by identifying new opportunities, responding to requests, and onboarding new media buyers.
  2. Understand our business model and KPIs to pitch strategies that create value for partners.
  3. Monitor market and industry innovations to develop new opportunities.
  4. Increase and scale current partnerships.
  5. Track and analyze metrics to improve user acquisition efforts in collaboration with Account Managers.
  6. Work closely with Account Management, Tech, and Legal teams to address client needs and support their business growth.
  7. Transform data into insights for business decisions.
  8. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth data integrations and account configurations.
  9. Upsell to current accounts and maintain good communication with Account Managers, intervening when necessary.
  10. Develop strategic and tactical initiatives related to mobile publishers and app developers.
  11. Identify new prospects and build relationships within the media publisher and app developer community.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of media buying or Account Management experience, especially in sales, publisher, app, or mobile agency roles.
  • Knowledge of the mobile industry.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proven track record in developing and closing new business.
  • Ability to research and analyze data.
  • Consistent achievement of goals and revenue targets.
  • Skilled in crafting sales pitches and presenting tailored strategies.
  • Self-starter with a positive, energetic attitude, and a good sense of humor.
  • Comfortable in a rapidly changing environment with a focus on actionable steps.
  • Understanding of strategic and tactical aspects of mobile advertising.
