SPRIM, a dynamic global consulting and agency group, is seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Development Lead to accelerate growth within Healthcare, Food, and Nutrition Markets, focusing on our Marketing and Communications Services : healthcare and food marketing, medical communications, and creative omnichannel engagement.

Reporting to the Head of Business Development & Strategic Accounts and working closely with the Director of Marketing and Communications in Madrid, this role involves new business acquisition, client relationship management, and strategic proposal development. You will collaborate with pharma, biotech, CHC, medical nutrition, and Food & Nutrition clients to identify opportunities and deliver innovative B2B agency solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Growth : Lead client acquisition for agency services, build and manage a pipeline of leads, execute multichannel strategies, deliver tailored presentations, collaborate on proposals, and close deals.
  • Client Engagement & Sales Operations : Strengthen relationships with existing clients, identify upselling opportunities, co-develop solutions, stay informed on market and regulatory changes, maintain CRM data, and report on progress.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; background in Life Sciences is a strong asset.
  • 7-10 years of experience, including 3-5 years in B2B Business Development, New Business, or KAM roles in Spain, preferably in healthcare marketing, medcomms, or agency environments.
  • Proven success in lead generation, opportunity conversion, and deal closing in healthcare.
