Location : Global, Remote

Employment Type : Full-time (Service Agreement)

Compensation : Base salary + commission

Responsibilities :

Identify sales opportunities and drive business growth

Present products and services to new and existing clients

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis

Develop strategies for targeted markets

Organize webinars, seminars, and promotions

Maintain strong client relationships and networks

Build and manage a solid pipeline of prospective clients

Represent the company at key industry events

Document all business development activities accurately

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ year of experience in business development within the financial sector
  • Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Proactive and resilient under pressure
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
