Role Overview :

We seek a proactive Business Development professional with strong DeFi connections. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle : identifying leads, outreach, proposal writing, negotiations, and closing deals with major DeFi protocols and Web3 companies.

Responsibilities :

  • Source and identify new business opportunities within DeFi and Web3.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to deal closure.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers at DeFi protocols.
  • Develop tailored proposals and pitches.
  • Collaborate internally for smooth onboarding.
  • Represent Web3 Growth at industry events.
  • Maintain structured lead development and pipeline tracking, ensuring transparency and coordination.

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in business development or partnerships in Web3 / DeFi.
  • Strong network and relationships with major DeFi protocols.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and independent.
  • Deep understanding of Web3, DeFi, and crypto landscape.
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly.

Preferred :

  • Experience at a DeFi protocol, Web3 company, or marketing agency.
  • Comfortable working remotely across time zones.

Compensation :

  • Base salary plus competitive commissions.
