A leading company in IoT and FinTec solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive sales in the Retail, Hospitality, and Leisure sectors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly with payment solutions, and will play a key role in expanding market reach through new customer relationships and strategic partnerships. This position requires exceptional communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proactive sales approach.
We are a market leading Global IoT / FinTec Payments Solutions provider working across a range of vertical markets.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating with clients, and managing the sales process for our products and services. In addition, you will conduct market research to monitor and understand the competitive landscape.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Iberia, you will take ownership of driving sales for PayComplete solutions within the region, with a focus on the Retail, Hospitality, and Leisure sectors.
Your go-to-market strategy will involve a mix of direct sales to end-user businesses—leveraging a consultative sales approach—and building strategic channel partnerships, particularly with POS resellers, to expand market reach and close business either directly or through partners.
This role has a strong focus on new business development, with limited emphasis on managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and energized by the challenge of opening and securing new customer relationships.
