A leading company in IoT and FinTec payment solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new sales in the Retail, Hospitality, and Leisure sectors. This role focuses on generating leads and closing sales while fostering strategic partnerships with POS resellers. Ideal candidates will have significant B2B sales experience, particularly in hardware and software solutions, and demonstrate excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will play a critical role in driving business growth by generating leads, qualifying prospects, negotiating with clients, and managing the sales process for our products and services. In addition, you will conduct market research to monitor and understand the competitive landscape.
Reporting to the Sales Manager – Iberia, you will take ownership of driving sales for PayComplete solutions within the region, with a focus on the Retail, Hospitality, and Leisure sectors.
Your go-to-market strategy will involve a mix of direct sales to end-user businesses—leveraging a consultative sales approach—and building strategic channel partnerships, particularly with POS resellers, to expand market reach and close business either directly or through partners.
This role has a strong focus on new business development, with limited emphasis on managing existing accounts. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and energized by the challenge of opening and securing new customer relationships.
