The role :

As a Business Development Executive, you will be a crucial part of our sales department. The role requires a proactive approach, and you will play a key role in our growth strategy. Are you a skilled communicator with a talent for conveying messages clearly and effectively? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment where your communication skills make a real difference? If so, you might be the person we’re looking for as our new meeting booker!

This is what you’ll be doing :
  • Contacting potential customers via phone and email
  • Identifying needs and booking meetings for our sales team
  • Maintaining and updating customer information in our CRM system
  • Contributing to achieving team goals and KPIs
About you :
  • 1-2 years of experience in meeting booking, sales, or related fields
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability and confidence to identify and implement areas of improvement
  • Good and confident telephone manner and investigative instincts are essential
  • Experience of working within the Construction and/or Retail Industries would be an advantage but not essential
  • Fluency in English desired, but not essential
