We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with an understanding of the customs and logistics industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting into strategic business accounts via cold call, email, and social strategies.
  2. Driving sales growth and pipeline through setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  3. Producing creative strategies for targeting decision-makers at prospect accounts to book sales appointments.
  4. Identifying the needs and challenges of the prospective customer.
  5. Working closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations, meetings, build pipeline, and produce real business opportunities.
  6. Regular meetings with Management to share success stories and discuss effective sales and business development strategies.
Requirements:
  1. Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales.
  2. Logistics Knowledge: Basic knowledge of sea, air, land transportation, and customs clearance operations is desired.
  3. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate smoothly with customers and internal teams is required.
  4. Negotiation Skills: High negotiation skills are required for quotation negotiations and contract content adjustments.
  5. PC Skills: Basic PC skills such as Excel and Word are necessary.
  6. English Language: C2 Level.
  7. Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate.
