Working in the Growth Team

The Growth team acts as the powerhouse of the company, ensuring the immediate needs of customers are swiftly met and future needs are translated into a product roadmap and deliverable projects.

Each team member combines a mix of programmatic, system engineering, and commercial skills with specific strengths.

What will you be doing?

You will be the focal point for bringing Open Cosmos satellite solutions to the commercial market. Building relationships and educating prospective customers on how satellites can enable their businesses to succeed and close contracts.

You’ll also work closely with various internal stakeholders, including Mission Concept Engineers and our technical teams, to coordinate efforts.

What you need to be successful

You should have a broad understanding of satellite mission architecture to effectively scope space missions through technical and programmatic interactions with customers until a decision is made.

Since communication is key, you must be confident in speaking, listening, and writing, often within large groups including customers.

You should be well-connected within the industry and capable of leveraging your professional network to identify potential opportunities for Open Cosmos.

You need to be a skilled negotiator, able to quickly understand customer needs and align them with Open Cosmos solutions.
