Growing mid-sized Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) is seeking an ambitious Business Development Director with a passion for developing strategic partnerships with biotech and pharma clients.

Business Development Director

Responsible for early-phase clinical trials (Phase 1-2) in oncology, CNS, and rare diseases, working closely with biotech and pharmaceutical companies to drive business growth. This includes identifying high-potential opportunities and closing deals, playing a critical role in positioning the organisation as a leading partner in clinical research.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Identify and engage with key biotech and pharma decision-makers to build long-term partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events across Europe.
  • Develop new business pipelines and secure high-value contracts with biotech and pharmaceutical companies.

Qualifications include proven experience in business development within a full-service CRO, biotech, or pharma setting. Fluency in English is required.
