A leading IT staffing company in Barcelona is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand in the Polish market. The role involves managing client portfolios and recruiting freelance consultants, focusing 70% on sales and 30% on recruitment. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience, be fluent in Polish and English, and possess strong sales skills. The position offers a competitive commission structure and a pleasant working environment in central Barcelona.
Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web.
After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experiencedBusiness Development Manager to strengthen ourBarcelona team and support the development of thePolish market.
In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will alsoqualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants
