Formación

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial position/sales/account management.
  • You will work with innovative IT solutions in Southern Europe.
  • Fluency in Italian and good command of English and Spanish required.

Springboard is teamed up with a strong and steady team of Business Developers; together we support our tech partners to sell, scale up, or launch in markets where we have an impactful presence. It is a mix of our culture, experience, and technical know-how that leads us to great commercial success, providing constant growth to our clients and continuous expansion of our business.

Due to this steady progress, we are looking for a fluent Italian speaker Business Developer to join our team in Madrid. We need someone with a great understanding of the Italian IT & ITC market, with excellent English, Spanish, and most importantly, a determined, ambitious attitude, and lots of energy to help us sign new deals for our partners.

The ideal candidate welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales and creative efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

As a Business Developer, you are responsible for the introduction of several innovative IT solutions into the Southern European Market. Together with other Business Developers, you will be in charge of the entire sales process, i.e., making the first contact, managing your accounts, and closing deals. You will think of effective market approaches and set up lead lists with the back-office team.

Your other characteristics :

  • You have a higher education – bachelor’s or university degree.
  • Fluent Italian and good command of English and Spanish (written and spoken is essential).
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a commercial position / sales / account management role.
  • You are based in Madrid.
  • You are available for immediate hiring.
  • Proactive attitude in acquiring new business opportunities.
  • Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight.
  • Good organization and time management skills.
