A leading company is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Business Developer to join their team in Madrid. This role involves acquiring new business, managing customer relationships, and introducing innovative IT solutions to the Southern European market. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and at least 2 years of commercial experience.
Springboard is teamed up with a strong and steady team of Business Developers; together we support our tech partners to sell, scale up, or launch in markets where we have an impactful presence. It is a mix of our culture, experience, and technical know-how that leads us to great commercial success, providing constant growth to our clients and continuous expansion of our business.
Due to this steady progress, we are looking for a fluent Italian speaker Business Developer to join our team in Madrid. We need someone with a great understanding of the Italian IT & ITC market, with excellent English, Spanish, and most importantly, a determined, ambitious attitude, and lots of energy to help us sign new deals for our partners.
The ideal candidate welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales and creative efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
As a Business Developer, you are responsible for the introduction of several innovative IT solutions into the Southern European Market. Together with other Business Developers, you will be in charge of the entire sales process, i.e., making the first contact, managing your accounts, and closing deals. You will think of effective market approaches and set up lead lists with the back-office team.
