Company Description

Pixie has close to 20 years of experience in IT staffing in Europe and the US, mainly providing freelance experts in SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure, and Web.

After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the business.

In this position, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Prospecting, building, developing, and managing your client portfolio.
  2. Qualifying, recruiting, and following up with your freelance consultants.

(70% sales / 30% recruitment)

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio.
  • Experience in cold calling.
  • Native Dutch or French speaker, fluent in English.
  • Results and target-driven.

Interview Process:
