Job Description

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help us scale our impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and wants to grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients to understand their business challenges and opportunities.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with new clients and nurture existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Create and present a detailed sales roadmap, including strategies to approach potential clients and expand in the market.
  • Achieve quarterly sales and revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our client base and market presence.
  • Track and report on key KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Desire to learn more about Salesforce.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.

Nice to Have

  • English proficiency at a B2 level or higher would be highly valued.
  • Experience with Salesforce would be a plus.
