Una empresa líder en servicios de desarrollo empresarial busca un 'Business Development Account Manager' con nivel nativo de italiano para captar nuevos clientes en el sector farmacéutico. Se espera que el candidato tenga experiencia en ventas, proactividad y habilidades para construir relaciones estratégicas. Formación

  • Experiencia previa en ventas (1 año).

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar nuevas relaciones comerciales en el sector clínico y farmacéutico.
  • Ciclo completo de ventas desde la prospección hasta el cierre de contratos.
  • Mantener expectativas del cliente y proporcionar soporte al cliente.

Business Development Account Manager (native level of Italian)

The Sales Account Manager for Business Development (100% hunting) is responsible for developing new business relationships, in this instance specifically with clients principally in the clinical & pharma sector, and serving as the first level of support to prospective clients. The role will be 100% hunting, which involves the full sales cycle from prospection to onboarding of new clients, but not the consequent ongoing account management of these accounts.

The successful candidate will join TransPerfect´s Trial Interactive division (https://www.trialinteractive.com/).

Position responsibilities:

  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services
  • Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
  • Develop new client relationships via cold calling, internet, and trade shows
  • In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities
  • Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect’s services
  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production team
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
  • Cross-sell and upsell various services and solutions into various departments within the client´s company with an eye to optimize account profitability
  • Take an active role in learning about each client’s industry, business needs and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required
  • Perform any other special tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role as assigned by the manager/supervisor

Essential skills and experience required:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent
  • Native level of Italian
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Previous Sales experience (1 year)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Motivated with a proactive attitude
  • Results-driven, ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Good analytical skills needed to project revenues, monitor budgets and other necessary calculations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Interest in Strategic Business Development as a long-term career path
  • Most importantly, the ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to: multitask in a fast-paced environment, work well with people from a variety of different backgrounds and cultures, build strategic relationships with clients and co-workers, work as part of a team, take active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service

Desired skills and experience:

  • Professional experience working within a corporate role for clients within the pharma sector
  • Sales experience specifically within a role that´s involved hunting for new business
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospection to closing deals
  • Professional working proficiency in Italian would be a huge plus; additional languages are also highly valued
