Tasks & Business Development - Job Overview

We are seeking proactive, mission-driven individuals to join us in shaping the future of AI Agents. This role demands a dynamic and adaptable professional who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, embraces ownership of their responsibilities, and can pivot quickly to meet evolving challenges.

As the Business Development and Integration lead, you will collaborate closely with the executive team to onboard users, teams, capital providers, partners, and emerging projects into IQ’s Agent Tokenization Platform. You will engage with various projects and teams at early stages, identifying and cultivating opportunities to drive platform growth.

We prioritize candidates who are deeply embedded in the blockchain ecosystem and can serve as our local presence in key spaces. Ideal candidates will have led global growth initiatives for an AI project, L1 / L2 blockchain, or DeFi protocol.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for teams exploring opportunities within the AI Agent space and onboard them onto the Agent Tokenization Platform.
  • Establish connections with projects, builders, blockchain communities, and relevant teams worldwide to foster ecosystem growth.
  • Identify and leverage unique market dynamics globally, such as innovative user acquisition strategies, to maximize IQ ATP’s potential.
  • Foster collaborations with projects and builders to enable partnerships and interoperable features within the ATP ecosystem.
  • Utilize your network and IQ’s brand to attract top builders and facilitate AI Agent deployments onto IQ ATP.
  • Partner with agent deployers to align product features with DApp requirements and market strategies.
  • Stay informed on blockchain industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches and improvements.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback for continuous ecosystem enhancement.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, finance, or venture capital, preferably within blockchain or fintech, focusing on AI / DeFi.
  • Deep understanding of AI Agents, blockchain technology, and DeFi platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven experience in structuring complex partnerships responsibly and effectively.
  • Experience in building and scaling teams focused on business development or partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills to prioritize features based on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Experience bridging traditional finance or Web2 business development with crypto initiatives is a plus.
