Business Developer - Polish Speaker (Urgente)

Pixie has close to 20 years experience in IT staffing in Europe and US, mainly providing freelance experts on SAP, Microsoft, Data, Salesforce, Infrastructure and Web. After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced Business Development Manager to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the Polish market.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio
2. Qualifying, recruiting and following-up with your freelance consultants (70% sales / 30% recruitment)

1. Minimum of 2 years experience in building your own client portfolio
2. You enjoy prospecting and cold calling
3. Native Polish, fluent in English

Interview Process:

1. Interview with TA team - 30 minutes
2. Interview with Hiring Manager - 30 minute Video Call
