Clovr Labs is looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Cyber Security Consultant Lead. About us : We are a boutique consulting company specialising in the fields of cybersecurity, crypto, and lean product development. We are focused on both in-house product development and security solutions for clients. This expertise powers our consulting services, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity consulting tailored to meet the needs of fintech companies as well as businesses across various industries.

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Cyber Security Consultant Lead who will be responsible for engaging with clients in both pre-sales and compliance capacities, contributing to technical security initiatives, coordinating projects, and potentially traveling to meet with clients or attend events. You will be a key asset in bridging the gap between our sales team, compliance requirements, and technical security solutions—without directly managing other team members, but rather coordinating efforts across various functions.

Lead demonstrations and technical discussions around security features and compliance capabilities.

Compliance and Security Advisory : Advise both internal stakeholders and external clients on regulatory requirements, ensuring alignment with frameworks (VARA, GDPR, etc.). Coordinate compliance documentation and processes to maintain adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

Project Coordination : Coordinate and track security-related project tasks, ensuring milestones are met and communicating progress to internal teams and clients. Conduct on-site security consultations or compliance workshops for clients if needed.

A background in cybersecurity consulting (or similar), ideally 3+ years of relevant experience. Familiarity with compliance standards and regulatory frameworks (e.g. Experience in pre-sales or technical sales support is a plus.

Skill Set : Strong communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Solid understanding of security principles, risk assessment, and recommended security controls. Project coordination or project management skills, enough to handle simultaneous tasks, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.

Orientation to detail and compliance, ensuring high-quality standards in documentation and processes. Hands-on technical experience in penetration testing or secure code reviews. Previous background in technical writing or presenting at conferences. Knowledge of Python or scripting for security automation.
