Instronic Studio, un créateur de contenu CGI haut de gamme, recherche un Business Developer passionné pour rejoindre son équipe. Vous serez au cœur de l'identification et du développement de nouvelles opportunités avec des clients divers, allant des agences aux marques. Vous apporterez votre expertise en développement commercial et animerez le processus de vente, en contribuant à l'évolution d'une entreprise innovante et dynamique.

Formación

  • Expérience en développement commercial ou vente dans le secteur créatif.
  • Connaissances en CGI, animation ou production de contenu immersif.
  • Compétences en communication en espagnol et en anglais.

Responsabilidades

  • Identifier et contacter des clients potentiels : agences, studios immersifs.
  • Construire et maintenir un pipeline détaillé de contacts.
  • Suivre régulièrement les prospects et transformer les conversations en projets signés.

About Instronic Studio Instronic Studio creates high-end CGI content for physical spaces - think massive LED screens, immersive experiences, and large-scale multimedia installations. We work with brands, agencies, and event organizers to design impactful visual moments that blend art, technology, and storytelling.

What we're looking for As we grow our business development team, we are looking for a new Business Developer to join us. Your role will be to identify potential clients and partners, connect with them, and build relationships that lead to new projects. Your main focus will be on outreach, lead generation, and client follow-up.

What you'll do Identify and reach out potential clients : agencies, immersive studios, event producers, space owners and brands. Build and maintain a detailed pipeline of contacts and leads using CRM tools (pipedrive). Present our work and capabilities clearly and convincingly. Follow up regularly and turn conversations into signed projects.

What you bring Experience in business development or sales in creative or animation-related fields. Knowledge of CGI, animation or immersive content production (ideally with experience in projects involving LED screens, installations or events). Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English. Organized, proactive and results-oriented. Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on leads.
