Formación

  • 8+ years of experience in Business Continuity Management in global environments.
  • Strong educational background in Business Continuity or Disaster Management.

Descripción del empleo

Promote the Group's Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sounding practice implementation at Entities, acting as a catalyst for successful local adoption.

Develop, deploy, and oversee the implementation of the Group Operational Resilience Policy Instructions and guidelines, identifying industry best practices that complement AXA's governance and overall strategy.

Serve as the point of contact for Business Continuity Management, providing advisory support as required.

Develop and deploy the Group's Business Continuity Management strategy and related support documentation.

Participate in horizon scanning activities for Business Resilience to identify future developments and risk areas.

Create and provide best practice materials for global entities to develop compliant programs, along with necessary training and guidance for Business Continuity Management teams.

Establish relationships with entity BCM representatives, providing support and guidance to global Business Continuity Management teams as needed.

Monitor compliance across global entities and report to executive governance, including quality assurance of Business Continuity plans, procedures, training, and skill sets.

This role will significantly impact the promotion of Operational Resilience, focusing on Business Continuity Management practices across the group.

Stakeholders: Sponsors, stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, Group Security, SAS, Group CM, Group BCM, Internal Audit, Group Risk Management, HR, Finance, Project Management Office, Group Security, Market and Local Operational Resilience and IT teams, Group CSO, N1 and N2 Regional CISOs/CSOs, Global ITSCM Community, GO Community, Global Business Continuity Management Teams, Crisis Leaders, Vendors, and Specific government agencies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Lead the design and coordination of digital operational resilience aspects related to the Group's compliance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
  2. Contribute to the design of End-to-End Resilience and coordinate the related working group as part of the Group Security strategy.
  3. Support the deployment of global BCM policy guidelines and ensure good governance.
  4. Develop and advise the Business Continuity Managers community, providing education and training.
  5. Offer Business Continuity Management advice across the group, including training and exercises.
  6. Participate in crisis response activities, supporting the Group Crisis Leader and Committee for coordination and decision-making.
  7. Provide expertise and support to related business resilience teams.
  8. Develop, facilitate, and support Business Continuity Management testing and exercises.
  9. Manage the Business Continuity Management budget.
  10. Support the annual Business Resilience conference.
QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Continuity Management, Disaster Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Certification is preferred.

Minimum of 8 years relevant experience, including international and global environment experience.
