We are dedicated to improving the passenger experience and increasing operational efficiency for our clients across the globe. Siemens Mobility / Sqills is looking for an experienced business consultant that translates complex problems into simple and sustainable solutions that drive business results. The role is based in Madrid, Spain, and involves guiding Spanish-speaking clients in modeling their business processes within our SaaS product: S3 Passenger.

With S3 Passenger, you will work with the most modern sales and reservation system on the market for rail operators. Integrating S3 Passenger for a rail operator is a challenge that involves mission-critical business processes that must be modeled in a functionally rich and flexible SaaS product. Variations are endless and require deep analytical skills and a solid understanding of our clients\' business, the product, and its context. Some work may include custom integration within the broader IT ecosystem of our clients. You will integrate existing systems with S3 Passenger (upstream: B2C, B2B, B2E frontends; downstream: CRM, Revenue Management, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Guide Spanish-speaking clients in modeling their business processes within S3 Passenger. • Lead workshops and collaborate with clients during production and implementation phases. • Support integration efforts between S3 Passenger and client IT landscapes (upstream and downstream systems). • Participate in presales activities and train clients onsite at their offices, both in Spain and internationally as part of our global growth plans. • Contribute to successful implementations through interactive sessions and practical consulting, helping clients achieve sustainable business outcomes.

Your profile / Qualifications

• You have a university degree;
• You are willing to travel to clients worldwide;
• International experience and ambition is a plus, if not a must;
• You can interpret difficult problems and facilitate clients toward sustainable solutions;
• You are fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written, and can communicate in a client-centric way;
• Demonstrable experience addressing business needs and objectives with adequate IT solutions;
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a consultant or information analyst in IT;
• You enjoy having different responsibilities and working in small teams on challenging assignments.
