Your Role :

1. Define digital transformation strategies, including external, internal, and business model transformations.
2. Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to assess customer requirements.
3. Analyze client needs and diagnose the current situation.
4. Identify potential solutions to address the current challenges.
5. Develop project and commercial proposal deliverables adhering to NTT Data standards.
6. Prepare and present commercial offers.
7. Facilitate workshops with clients and stakeholders.
8. Present and defend commercial approaches and deliverables in high-level stakeholder meetings.
9. Supervise junior consultants by organizing their work, reviewing their deliverables, and coaching for quality.
10. Present project results and deliverables to clients.
11. Coordinate meetings with client management to share, validate results, and support business decisions.
12. Contribute to the development of the Business Consulting division.

Specific Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political Science, or related fields.
• Optional health-specific training: Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering, or similar.
• Over 3 years of consultancy experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
