About the job

As a Business Consultant for the affiliated offices of Lucas Fox, you will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the office directors, ensuring the achievement of business objectives and the optimization of internal processes. You will also be responsible for implementing the brand's Know-How. You will work closely with different departments to ensure efficient management that aligns with the brand’s standards.

Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee the daily operations of the affiliated offices, ensuring smooth communication with the directors and the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
2. Coordinate and follow up on requests from the affiliated offices in collaboration with various back office departments.
3. Plan, organize, and lead periodic follow-up meetings (catch-ups) and quarterly strategic consultations.
4. Conduct regular market studies to assess the situation of each assigned area, providing strategic recommendations based on industry developments.
5. Design, execute, and monitor the Business Plan, ensuring its alignment with corporate objectives.
6. Manage and efficiently resolve CRM-related incidents and technical inquiries, ensuring optimal response times.
7. Lead and coordinate the Team Assistants team, promoting efficiency and excellence in administrative management.
8. Manage effective communication with the directors of the affiliated offices, ensuring the proper flow of relevant information for business operations and administration.
9. Supervise and ensure the proper use and maintenance of real estate portals by the affiliated offices.
10. Control and maintain the product quality standards on the Lucas Fox website, ensuring a flawless presentation that aligns with the brand’s identity.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ADE), Economics, or Real Estate Management is a plus!
2. Fluent in Spanish & English
3. Analytical and data management skills for KPI tracking and market study development
4. Leadership and team management skills, especially in decentralized environments
5. Effective communication skills and customer orientation
6. Business and operations management based on KPIs and market analysis
7. Team coordination, especially in remote/decentralized environments
