We are looking for a talented BC Developer with experience in delivering Business Central (BC) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities in BC, a proven track record in international projects, and the ability to work effectively in a global environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, customize, and maintain Business Central (BC) solutions based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different countries to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.
• Analyze user requirements and design, implement, and test technical solutions to meet those requirements.
• Ensure the integration of BC with other systems and databases, providing seamless functionality.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for BC applications.
• Participate in international project meetings and provide technical insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Proven experience in developing and customizing Business Central (BC) solutions.
• Experience in international projects , preferably working in multicultural environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver solutions within project timelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse, globally distributed team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to collaboration.
• Fluent in English , both written and verbal, to collaborate with international teams and clients.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with Dynamics NAV and its transition to Business Central .
• Knowledge of integration between BC and other third-party systems.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced development environment.
