Formación

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Spanish corporate procedures, taxation, and financial management.
  • Structured & proactive, able to work independently.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Business Assistant to join our Another Brother's team. They are a small, dynamic group and now need a structured and self-driven person to take responsibility for office operations, administrative support, and business administration.

About the Role

As a Business Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a positive and efficient work environment. Your role will be broad and dynamic, covering both operational and administrative tasks, supporting company management, and ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Office Administration – Assist in setting up and organizing the new office, ensuring a smooth workflow, and handling practical tasks, including purchasing office supplies.
  • Calendar & Meeting Management – Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage calendars, and organize travel when needed.
  • Business Administration – Support financial management, including bookkeeping, invoice handling, payments, receipt management, and payroll processing.
  • Communication & Contact Point – Act as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • General Administration – Handle various administrative tasks related to daily business operations.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Office Manager or Executive Assistant.
  • Knowledge of Business Administration, including Spanish corporate procedures, taxation, and financial management.
  • Confident in handling bank administration, payroll processing, and invoice management.
  • Structured & Proactive, with the ability to work independently.
