We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Assistant to support multiple fast-growing international projects based in Barcelona and the US.
This role requires a dynamic, resourceful individual who can manage business operations, coordinate schedules, communicate with partners, and help drive project execution across several sectors including startups, consulting, and service industries.
About the Role :
The first 2–3 months will require a hybrid approach — combining online tasks with in-person meetings and partner negotiations around Barcelona.
After that, the role will become fully remote.
Initial commitment : 20–30 hours per week,
with the potential to grow into a full-time position within 2–4 months.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support business operations across multiple projects (startups, consulting, services)
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and communication pipelines
- Coordinate with clients, venues, and business partners
- Assist in project tracking, basic administrative tasks, and documentation
- Occasionally help maintain online presence (basic content coordination)
- Conduct research and support partner acquisition efforts
Requirements :
- Fluency in Russian, Spanish, and English (Catalan is a strong plus)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
- High level of initiative, problem-solving, and common sense
- Comfortable with a dynamic, multi-project environment
- Willingness to work onsite around Barcelona during the first months as needed
