Job Description

Stolt Sea Farm is one of the most advanced aquaculture companies in the world and the leading supplier—under the Prodemar brand—of high-quality turbot and sole, produced in an environmentally responsible way. We operate 14 land-based aquaculture farms across 5 countries, with a production capacity of over 6,500 tons of turbot and 1,700 tons of sole. Position: Business Application Management (BAM)

We are looking for a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital transformation, business intelligence, and operational excellence.

Main Objectives

  • Lead SSF’s digital transformation by identifying opportunities to apply emerging technologies and innovative solutions.
  • Analyze business data to identify improvement areas, eliminate bottlenecks, and anticipate trends.
  • Develop and implement a business technology strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team in product development, process optimization, and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior management and internal teams to improve global commercial and operational processes.
  • Ensure the company’s IT landscape is fit for current and future business needs.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in BI, IT, or related fields. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in team management and digital project leadership.
  • 5–7 years of experience in digital product roles.
  • Strong knowledge of database management, process design, business analysis, and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to implement robust product management frameworks and lead organizational change.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey digital concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
