What is your mission?
Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis based on in-depth analysis.
Prepare, develop, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations on Key Performance Indicators and other key statistical data in a call center inbound / customer service environment.
Support business decision making through market analysis.
Adjust staffing levels based on report analysis to meet productivity and profitability goals.
Review and enhance existing systems for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
Create easy-to-understand data presentations, dashboards, or automate files to facilitate timely decision-making, insights, and process optimization.
Be detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the organization's quality management system.
Who are we looking for?
Possess at least a diploma or degree in any field, with postgraduate or professional qualifications preferred.
Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience.
Extensive knowledge in data importation for report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, including pivots, formulas, graphs, and flow charts.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing contact center operations.
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market's language.
