What is your mission?

  • Provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis based on in-depth analysis.
  • Prepare, develop, and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports and presentations on Key Performance Indicators and other key statistical data in a call center inbound / customer service environment.
  • Support business decision making through market analysis.
  • Adjust staffing levels based on report analysis to meet productivity and profitability goals.
  • Review and enhance existing systems for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Create easy-to-understand data presentations, dashboards, or automate files to facilitate timely decision-making, insights, and process optimization.
  • Be detail-oriented, independent, proactive, and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the organization's quality management system.

Who are we looking for?

  • Possess at least a diploma or degree in any field, with postgraduate or professional qualifications preferred.
  • Preferably have 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Extensive knowledge in data importation for report software, spreadsheets, Tableau, Power BI, including pivots, formulas, graphs, and flow charts.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing contact center operations.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, even under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable to various business models and projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the supporting market's language.
