Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst Trainee to join our International Business team. This role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will work closely with our sales and international business teams to support data analysis, build sales performance reports, and contribute to the development of insights that will shape our international growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales reports from international distributors Prepare and maintain quarterly sales performance dashboards and presentations Assist in forecasting, market trend monitoring, and competitor analysis Help streamline data reporting processes and improve data accuracy Collaborate with international business managers to support commercial decision-making Maintain and update internal databases and CRM tools with distributor sales data Participate in ad-hoc analytical projects and international business initiatives

What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree preferably in Life Sciences, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good command of Excel and data analysis tools (PowerPoint, Power BI or similar tools is a plus) Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to communicate effectively in English; other languages are a plus (SP, FR…) Eagerness to learn and grow in an international environment Interest in healthcare or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
