What we look for

We seek a Business Analyst with a strong background in technology-driven projects, excellent stakeholder management skills, and outstanding communication abilities to contribute to a project with our global client, a major investment firm. High proficiency in English is required.

This is a 100% remote position for candidates located in Spain .

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and align on business objectives.
  • Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Support project delivery through requirement traceability, impact analysis, and change management.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth communication.
  • Assist in developing business cases, process models, and solution recommendations.
  • Contribute to post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Proven experience (preferably 3+ years) as a Business Analyst in a technology environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and facilitation expertise.
  • Proficiency with BA tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms.
  • English proficiency at least C1 level.

Desired Skills

  • Experience in financial services, investment management, or related fields.
  • Understanding of data-driven projects, digital transformation, or software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA) are a plus.
