Here at CORUS, we are looking for a skilled Technical Business Analyst to join our team for an international insurance project. Location: Remote from Spain.
Main Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for underwriting AI application development activities in coordination with the team to ensure continuous delivery of features into project build factories.
- Develop AI knowledge to investigate and elaborate features for AI-based underwriting applications, addressing solution design needs from the team and stakeholders.
- Perform analysis across systems and business processes to understand feature requirements across various scenarios.
- Develop use cases and perform impact assessments to determine the best solutions within AI-based underwriting tools.
- Elicit and document clear business requirements, considering stakeholder needs and interactions with surrounding applications.
- Contribute to system design, preparing use cases to inform development efforts.
- Design and execute testing of product features within sprint cycles and assist in preparing user acceptance test cases.
- Collaborate with third-party providers to ensure solutions meet business needs and benefits are achieved.
- Perform peer reviews of project artefacts to ensure standards are met.
- Support testing, implementation, and training activities.
Required Skills:
- University education or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in delivering Business Analysis artefacts (e.g., as-is analysis, use cases, process design, functional specifications, UAT) in business and IT change projects, preferably in the Insurance sector (ideally Commercial Insurance).
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts and technologies.
- Understanding of Azure.
- Experience in underwriting and knowledge of ITIL principles is valued.
- Advanced English skills (C1 level).
