You will be based in our Madrid office as part of our Corporate Finance practice. Our practice works on engagements across industries, advising clients on top-management issues including corporate strategy, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, alliances, due diligence, value-based management, ESG strategy, and IPO strategies. We aim to bridge corporate finance and strategy to impact client business and top-management agendas.
You will work in teams of typically 2-3 consultants, actively engaging in all aspects of client projects. Your role involves combining management consulting skills with corporate finance techniques, leading knowledge development in relevant areas. Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data, formulating hypotheses, developing recommendations, and presenting results to client management. You will also collaborate with clients to implement recommendations.
You will receive extensive training, coaching, and mentoring. This includes a partner assigned to guide your career and up to five weeks of formal training in your first two years. A professional development manager will help you select projects aligned with your priorities and client needs.
