Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities:
  • Optimize service operations process and support systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a Project Manager.
  • Work with service owners, product owners, and delivery teams to identify project requirements and ensure objectives are met.
  • Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
  • Support daily operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
  • Assist in onboarding and training production partners.
Experience:
  • In Project Management and Business Analysis within the IT sector.
  • Familiarity with service operations processes, including global customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
  • Experience with service operation tools like JIRA and ServiceNow.
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Experience working in SCRUM environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
