Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.

Responsibilities:

• Optimize service operations processes and supporting systems to reduce operational workload, enhance reporting/forecasting transparency, and track SLAs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project manager.
• Collaborate with service owners, product owners, and delivery units to identify requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
• Manage operational tasks for the Service Ops Platforms.
• Support day-to-day operations of the Service Ops Platforms.
• Assist in onboarding and training for Production Partners.

Experience:

• Experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles within the IT sector.
• Knowledge of service operations processes, including global, customer-centric scenarios, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Experience with service operation tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Experience working in SCRUM environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
