Responsibilities :

Optimize service operations processes and support systems to reduce workload, enhance reporting / forecasting transparency, and track SLAsManage project scope, timelines, and communications as a project managerIdentify requirements and ensure project objectives are met as a business analyst, working with service owners, product owners, and the delivery teamManage operational tasks for the Service Operations PlatformsSupport daily operations of the Service Operations PlatformsAssist in onboarding and training for Production PartnersExperience :
