Formación

About the Role

Join our innovative Europe Digital team where we promote best technologies and practices to enable new organizational capabilities. We are seeking a Lead to Cash Business Analyst with a strong understanding of sales and distribution transactions in key systems. This role offers the opportunity to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, invoicing and digitization in the lead-to-cash area. The person will be based at our Teka office in Madrid.

Responsibilities

  • Directly coordinate, align, and partner with the business via managing specific order to cash process area such as order management and Billing;
  • Participate in extensive and complex integration and transformation of newly acquired companies into our platforms and processes;
  • As the subject matter expert to handle small projects and initiatives list as regards to strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives;
  • Collaborate with other Global and Regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and digital solutions;
  • Contribute to the development of business cases, value statements, and finance control frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above, at least 5 years of relevant work experience in in-house Business Analyst or external IT consulting fields, with more than 2 years of LTC-related experience;
  • Familiar with LTC processes, including customer management, Lead and Opportunity management, order fulfillment and distribution management, sales finance knowledge, with experience in corporate digital transformation projects;
  • Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP product management is preferred;
  • Possess strong logical thinking ability, capable of summarizing different requirements and abstracting business solutions, and achieving consensus with multiple business stakeholders;
  • Have IT project management experience, with experience in large-scale IT project implementation preferred;
  • Fluent in spoken English, strong communication skills.
