Formación

  • Experience in reporting and performance analysis.
  • ServiceNow managing experience preferred.

  • Create and optimize reports/dashboards in ServiceNow.
  • Ensure clarity in operational solutions.

Business Analyst - IT-Service Management - ServiceNow - Barcelona

As a Business Analyst in IT-Service Management, you will :

  • Act as a consultant for process expert departments on topics related to key figures.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards in ServiceNow.
  • Manage and ensure the quality of the existing reporting system.
  • Optimize the management of our operational units through understandable and clear solutions.
  • Be part of a motivated, international team.

Your Profile

  • Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar.
  • Experience in reporting, performance analysis, and statistics.
  • Working experience in using or administering ServiceNow.
  • Familiarity with ITIL Foundation.
  • Understanding of service and support processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to recognize connections and dependencies between processes.
  • Ability to evaluate, review, and test your own work.
  • Capability to prepare and conduct workshops confidently.
  • Ability to explain complex issues in a simplified way.
  • Motivated to familiarize yourself with new topics.
  • Results-oriented with a ‘can-do' attitude – adaptable, flexible, and resourceful.
  • Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
