Business Analyst - Intercompany Value Chain

We are seeking a Business Analyst - Intercompany Value Chain to join our IT Mergers and Acquisitions (MnA) and Nestlé Enterprise Transaction Template (NETT) team.

About the Team

The IT MnA and NETT team supports IT aspects of MnA transactions, leading IT/Business operating model developments and NETT enhancements. Our activities span from Due Diligence to defining business models, implementing transformation plans, and delivering project management across cross-functional scopes.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the functional contact between Business Stakeholders (Function, Market, GMB, CoS, etc.) and IT teams throughout project lifecycle.
• Demonstrate expertise in Demand & Supply Planning and Customer Service, with strong integration skills within Supply Chain, Finance, and T&P operations.
• Coordinate AppMs service deployments within the MA&D-IVC & NETT project scope.
• Collaborate closely with business and IT teams to ensure project success, acting as a functional specialist and integrator.
• Manage projects involving business integration or restructuring across multiple markets and disciplines, focusing on functional/process expertise within MnA/IVC domains.
• Translate business needs into IT requirements, leveraging IT product roadmaps, and oversee testing, deployment, and operational support.
