Job summary

Cobser Consulting is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for an international insurance project focused on digital transformation, data, and AI solutions. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and documenting functional specs while bridging business with IT teams.

You will coordinate stakeholders and multidisciplinary groups, define KPIs, and validate solutions through testing. Prior exposure to Data/AI is a plus in a dynamic, global project environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis and functional documentation.
• Ability to bridge business and IT and manage stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Data, AI, GenAI or related technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and document business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
• Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams throughout the project.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Define and track KPIs, create reports and validate delivered solutions.
