Key Responsibilities:
• Lead business analysis for a multi-phase Cash Flow Reporting initiative.
• Run workshops with finance stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Manage requirements lifecycle, including change control and sign-off.
• Collaborate with group finance teams and EPM technical specialists.
• Support test planning, execution, and defect resolution for SIT/UAT.
• Ensure alignment between finance objectives and system design.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong background in finance business analysis, especially in EPM or transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of Cash Flow Reporting and group-level financial processes.
• Hands-on experience with EPM platforms—ideally OneStream.
• Skilled in documentation, stakeholder engagement, and workshop facilitation.
• Experience across testing phases (SIT/UAT), including test case development.
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile/Hybrid methodologies in finance system contexts.
