Mission and responsibilities
We seek a Business Analyst to join our new customer onboarding team, focusing on customer journey development to enhance the digital retail banking experience. Your goal is to optimize new customer acquisition by improving onboarding processes and KPIs, reducing friction, and delivering excellent customer experiences. You will collaborate with other analysts and report to the business product owner, handling requirements analysis, process documentation, user acceptance testing, data analysis, incident management, and process improvements.
