Job Overview:

Julius Baer is seeking a Business Analyst to join our Global CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) Platform project. This role involves bridging business needs with technical solutions within an agile environment, focusing on processes like onboarding, KYC, client profiling, and risk management, ensuring compliance with global and local regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze organizational needs and issues.
2. Specify and document new business processes or systems.
3. Integrate business needs into technical solutions considering time and budget constraints.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand organizational structures and regulatory requirements.
5. Validate business requirements through test cases, procedures, and UAT.
6. Engage relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in software delivery projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe) and experience with Scrum teams.
• Proficiency in Jira or similar tools.
• Knowledge of business processes, process design, and re-engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with DevOps, testing methodologies, and impact analysis.
• Experience in private banking and wealth management is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Spanish is highly beneficial.
