We seek a Business Analyst with cards bank experience who shares our passion for innovation and change. This role is critical in helping our business partners evolve and adapt to consumers' personalized expectations in this new technological era.

What will help you succeed :

• Advanced or intermediate English skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital projects.
• Experience working in agile environments.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) or active participation in Agile software development teams.
• Experience using tools like Rally, JIRA, TFS, or similar for Agile teams.
• Experience in implementing card systems, especially issuer-side processes.
• Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, Redsys, ISO8583 messaging, and settlement files with networks.
• Familiarity with monthly settlement processes for credit card clients.
• Understanding of delinquency flows and unpaid debt processes.
• Ideally, experience with implementing issuing card systems (e.g., Pampa, Partenón, TSYS, FISERV – EMEA).
• Technical background enabling reading logs and basic understanding of Java code (not a developer role).
