Une entreprise de conseil dynamique cherche un Analyste d'Affaires pour rejoindre son équipe IT dans le secteur bancaire. Le candidat idéal supportera l'intégration de l'application DealPro et travaillera sur des projets intégrant LoanIQ, assurant la qualité et la performance des applications critiques. Une connaissance des prêts syndiqués et une formation pertinente sont exigées. Le poste nécessite de fortes compétences en communication, ainsi que de l'expérience en environnement Agile, le tout dans un cadre dynamique.

Formación

  • Plus de 3 ans d'expérience avec des applications de Back Office pour des prêts syndiqués.
  • Connaissance expert des applications de prêts syndiqués.
  • Expérience pratique avec des méthodologies Agile.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN YOUR ROLE As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the IT Banking team that provides global service to the main SCIB units in Europe, Asia, and America. You will collaborate in the execution of integration, migration, and implementation projects for new products and functionalities related to syndicated loan operations, using the LoanIQ system. You will also participate in quality plans, as well as in evolutionary / corrective maintenance and functional support activities for the LoanIQ and DealPro applications. In all these tasks, you will work closely with other employees and service provider teams, according to predefined service models.

The main commitment is to onboard the DealPro application across all the areas involved within the bank.

You will stay up to date with the evolution of the application through new projects and ensure that the development of new solutions is done in compliance with defined standards, without impacting service quality or application performance. You will identify synergies and anticipate potential conflicts or dependencies.

You will provide functional support for the development of applications, components, and software solutions, and assist in the analysis, definition, and estimation of developments and configurations required to meet business needs, ensuring expectations are met.

We need someone like you to help us with the following : Provide guidance and functional support in designing solutions and configurations in LoanIQ. Define best practices for the integration of LoanIQ with other bank applications. Actively work on optimizing and improving analysis and software support processes. Ensure the proper use of the application by proposing and executing actions to ensure integration with other systems complies with quality standards.

EXPERIENCE Over 3 years of end-to-end experience with Back Office applications for Syndicated Loans in wholesale banking (Corporate & Investment Banking). Expert knowledge in the use of syndicated loan applications. Practical experience in Agile methodologies and other technologies such as SQL, Teams, etc., will be valued. Soft skills and additional technical knowledge will be considered an asset.

EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, major in Finance. Diploma in Business Studies, major in Business Administration and Management.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Flexibility and adaptability. Knowledge of compliance and cybersecurity processes. Experience with functional segregation documents and technology risk. Ability to resolve new scenarios. Requirements gathering and documentation creation. Used to working in dynamic team environments with significant uncertainty. Proactivity and responsibility. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Interest in learning and using new technologies. Intermediate level of English and Spanish : reading, comprehension, writing, and speaking.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Strong interest in technology trends. Good planning, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability and interest in understanding, assimilating, explaining, and documenting client needs.
