Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Transactional Banking and Project Implementation? We are seeking a dynamic Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Madrid. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model, leading business and technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the Senior Business Analyst and main coordinator for all stakeholders (FO, MO, BO, IT).
• Organize and validate product, architecture, and project documentation.
• Perform Target Operating Model (TOM) analysis and definition.
• Create and maintain essential project deliverables : project initiation, project plans, and status updates.
• Establish and manage project governance with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate and lead meetings for discovery, assessments, and requirements definition.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for implementation teams.
• Oversee change management plans and ensure successful execution.

Required Skills & Experience :

• Deep understanding of Trade Finance and Transactional Banking (Doc Trade, Export & Agency Finance, Structured Trade).
• Strong Project Management and Business Analysis capabilities.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Expertise in requirements definition, management, prioritization, and execution.
• Experience in E2E testing and rollouts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
