Position Overview

In this position, you will work side by side with our Product Team - Systems to obtain the best possible outcome. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and out-of-the-box thinker! Is it you? Keep reading!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Gather requirements and manage the backlog to create future technology.
2. Work with the development team and write user stories.
3. Act as the bridge between Developers and the product team.
4. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather feedback on the product roadmap and features.
5. Own, prioritize, and communicate the short, medium, and long-term release plan of the product.
6. Assist in communication strategy regarding products.
7. Build stakeholder relationships and maintain alignment through progress reports.
8. Analyze and decompose complex requirements.
9. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions.
10. Document requirements, create functional specifications, and prepare wireframes/flowcharts.

Requirements and Skills:

1. Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
2. At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with desktop, web, and mobile applications.
3. Background in Software Development.
4. Advanced proficiency in MySQL, Python, DAX, Power BI, and workflow automation. AI/ML experience is highly desirable.
5. Experience with Scrum methodology, Jira, and Confluence.
6. Goal-oriented team player.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills.
8. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
9. Proficiency in Requirements Analysis and Planning.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
