Formación

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience working with APIs and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with UAT and test case definition.

Location : Malaga (3-4 days onsite, rest from home)

X4 Technology are partnered with a leading IT Consultancy who are offering the opportunity for a Business Analyst to join their global banking end client. In this role, your mission will be to understand users’ daily challenges and translate them into effective, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities of the Business Analyst include :

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories
• Act as the link between stakeholders and development teams
• Work closely with API developers to define integration needs
• Anticipate business needs, map customer journeys, and identify areas for improvement
• Support the Product Owner in decision-making and business transition
• Define and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Lead and perform UAT, supporting SDETs with test scenarios and data
• Maintain and update functional product documentation
• Translate complex concepts for non-technical users
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams to ensure delivery success
• Support projects involving finance product supply chains

Key Requirements of the Business Analyst include :

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong knowledge of financial services and data-driven environments
• Experience working with APIs and Agile teams (Jira mandatory)
• Hands-on experience with UAT and test case definition
• Power BI experience is a strong plus
• Excellent English communication skills; Spanish is a plus
