Responsibilities

• Develop and manage processes for measuring and monitoring data quality, ensuring that the data used across the organization is reliable.
• Maintain the integrity and completeness of the organization's data glossary, ensuring that data terms and definitions are standardized and accessible to all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to implement effective data governance frameworks, driving forward the organization’s capabilities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Implement and manage data visualization tools to represent data quality insights clearly and effectively, helping stakeholders understand trends and areas for improvement.
• Engage with key stakeholders such as data owners, data stewards, and data product owners, providing them with the necessary support for aspects of data quality and governance.
• Ensure seamless integration of data management practices into business and analytics processes, promoting the use of high-quality data in decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvements in data quality management and governance practices, identifying new opportunities and collaborating with global teams to enhance the organization’s overall data capabilities.

Skills

• Degree in Business, Data, IT, Mathematics or similar.
• Experience working with and maintaining data glossary tools or metadata management systems, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of data definitions and standards.
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools (Power BI) to represent data quality metrics and insights in an accessible and actionable format.
• Knowledge of data management and quality tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and other relevant data quality software.
• Python, Power Automate would be beneficial.
• Knowledge of project management and knowledge sharing tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
